Additional Shipping Information
We ship using USPS because they deliver packages to P.O. Box addresses. Other carriers, such as UPS and FedEx, cannot ship packages to P.O. Box mailboxes.
We guarantee a tracking number on every order. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us and we will be sure to provide it. Please see below for domestic and international shipping rates.
United States – shipping and handling rates:
Items shipped from U.S. manufacturers ship within 1-2 business days, take 3-6 days for delivery, but may arrive faster. Expedited shipping options are available (see below).
Standard: 3-6 days.
Note: shipping days exclude weekends or holidays.
For multi-brand orders, we will ship the majority of your order using the option you selected. The remaining portion of your order will be split and shipped separately via express or standard mail, depending on the size of your order. If you placed an order with multiple brands, we suggest that you place separate orders if you want next day or 2nd day shipping.
Signature on Delivery Confirmation
We do not require signature confirmation on standard free shipping for customer convenience, therefore, packages will generally be left in your mailbox or at your door, and if you need this additional service, please contact us or leave a customer note.
Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages
If your order appears delivered, but you did not receive it, check the front and back door, or if you live in an apartment building, ask at the front desk. If you cannot locate your package, call your local post office and provide them with the tracking number. In most cases, your package will be waiting for you there.
In the event that the Post Office is unable to locate your package, please contact us so we can open an investigation or attempt to reship your items. A reshipping shipping label fee will be charged depending on the weight of the item. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We do not cover the cost of customs duties for international orders, nor can we predict what they might be. You should contact a local customs office for more information if your package is held by customs. These import duties and taxes are charges that are not covered by us and we are not responsible for any delays that occur due to customs holding the package.
Packages returned to sender
If you need an item returned to us reshipped, please contact us so that a store credit can be issued. Shipping charges will be subtracted from the store credit.
What if my item is delayed?

Please allow 2 business days for tracking information to be updated in the USPS, UPS or FedEx systems. If an item is on backorder from the manufacturer, we will contact you and provide you with your options, including waiting until the item becomes available again or recommending an equivalent replacement.
